Our client is a leading hospitality company known for delivering exceptional guest experiences and innovative services. With a commitment to excellence we are seeking an experienced and techsavvy IT Manager to ensure seamless technological operations across their venues in AD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure systems and network operations across the company.
- Ensure the security efficiency and reliability of IT systems including POS PMS and CRM solutions used in hospitality operations.
- Plan implement and manage software upgrades hardware installations and system integrations.
- Develop and enforce IT policies procedures and best practices.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve ITrelated issues in a timely manner.
- Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships including procurement of IT hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain data security backup systems and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with operations marketing and finance teams to align IT solutions with business needs.
- Research and implement new technologies to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management preferably within the restaurant chain cloud kitchen concepts etc
- Proficient in hospitality systems like PMS Warehouse Management Systems MICROS etc
- Strong knowledge of network architecture hardware and software systems.
- Experience with cybersecurity and compliance regulations.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage crossfunctional teams.
- Certification in ITrelated fields (e.g. CCNA ITIL Microsoft or CISSP) is a plus.
