We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals social media recruitment agencies and networking.
- Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications for selected candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate job offers and contracts with successful candidates.
- Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on UAE labor laws hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 35 years of experience in recruitment talent acquisition or HR (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques sourcing methods and UAE labor laws.
- Proficiency in HR software ATS and MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and work under pressure.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
