We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a highend luxury brand store. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in luxury retail management exceptional customer service skills and the ability to drive sales while maintaining the brands premium standards.
Salary: upto 15000 AED
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management: Ensure smooth store operations including stock management visual merchandising and adherence to company policies.
Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales by delivering an exceptional shopping experience and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Manage train and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with highnetworth clients and VIP customers.
Brand Representation: Uphold and promote the brand s image ensuring the store meets luxury standards in terms of aesthetics and customer interactions.
Inventory & Stock Control: Ensure accurate inventory levels prevent stock loss and coordinate with suppliers.
Financial & Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data prepare reports and strategize to improve store performance.
Marketing & Events: Collaborate with the marketing team for instore events promotions and brand activations.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of store management experience in a highend luxury brand.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication in English; should be Russian speaker.
