We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness drive website traffic and generate leads. This role requires expertise in SEO social media content marketing PPC and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and conversions.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads social media ads (Meta LinkedIn TikTok etc.) and email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Oversee content creation for social media blogs and email campaigns to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics Google Search Console and other tools.
- Manage and optimize the companys social media presence across platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends tools and best practices.
- Work with designers and content creators to produce highquality marketing materials.
- Track KPIs and ROI preparing performance reports and recommendations.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Business or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the UAE or GCC market.
- Strong expertise in SEO PPC (Google Ads Meta Ads) and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics Google Ads Facebook Business Manager LinkedIn Ads and email marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of content marketing influencer marketing and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Experience with ecommerce marketing and lead generation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
