The Typist will provide essential typing and clerical support to the Public Relations team focusing on preparing official documents managing governmentrelated tasks and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of immigration and ministryrelated documentation. This role requires a proactive individual with exposure to government sector operations.
- Type format and proofread official documents letters and contracts related to immigration and ministry processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of applications approvals and renewals for visas licenses and other governmental permits.
- Handle document submissions to government authorities and follow up on their processing statuses.
- Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and deadlines by preparing reports and documentation on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for governmentrelated tasks.
- Assist in the translation of documents when needed.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration and ministry policies and procedures to advise the team accordingly.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Diploma in Office Administration or a related field.
Additional Information :
Experience
- 2 years of experience as a typist preferably in a governmentfacing role.
- Experience in immigration PRO services or government documentation processes.
Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents.
- Familiarity with UAE immigration systems and eservices portals.
- Basic knowledge of Arabic for document handling.
