Civil Construction Manager FM

We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Civil Construction Manager to lead and manage the execution of our civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Provide overall leadership and direction for all phases of assigned civil construction projects ensuring successful execution from mobilization to closeout.

• Team Management: Supervise mentor and coordinate the work of site supervisors subcontractors and field personnel.

• Schedule & Budget Control: Develop and manage project schedules and budgets tracking progress identifying potential delays or cost overruns and implementing corrective actions.

• Quality Control: Implement and enforce rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all work complies with project specifications drawings and industry standards.

• Safety Management: Establish and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policies.

• Subcontractor Management: Oversee and coordinate the work of Partners/subcontractors ensuring adherence to project schedules quality standards and safety protocols.

• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients stakeholders and project teams providing updates on progress addressing concerns and fostering strong relationships.

• Problem Solving & Decision Making: Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges making informed decisions to keep projects on track and within budget.

Qualifications :

You have a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing civil construction projects ideally in desalination or industrial projects 

You have:

• Strong understanding of construction methods materials and equipment.

• Excellent knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.

• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Exceptional leadership communication and problemsolving skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
