- Responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational aspects of Makeen Technical Services ensuring optimal performance compliance and efficiency across all technical teams and projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of facilities management client relations and team leadership.
Maintenance
- Manage and oversee the work of technical teams ensure Zero Jobless Rate at any point in time.
- Maintain the inventory of equipment/tools materials and spares.
- Prepare and execute PPM/RM/CM tasks.
- Provide management and clients with periodic reports in compliance with the contracts.
- Monitor the daily allocation of staff to different sites and contracts.
- Control and monitor the staff transfer welfare and safety at the site.
- Training of staff and adopting the best practice as per the prevailing market standard
External Business Development
- Attending client meetings and understand the projects scope of works payment terms etc.
- Surveying preparing estimate and proposals for tendering/biddings.
- Arrange for the project mobilization staffing and fleets etc.
- Manage additional profitable new contracts and variation work from within the existing contracts in line with the agreed targets.
Workforce Recruitment
- Assisting in the selection of employees.
- Recommend internal promotions and performance appraisals from time to time.
- Recommend the salary bands based on market trends.
Finance and Procurement
- Periodic analysis of actual expenses incurred on projects and contracts.
- Track LPOs Invoices and Payables.
- Define purchasing recommendations that support business goals.
- Negotiate pricing terms and conditions of sale and warranties of goods and products with key suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate pricing terms and conditions of contracts with contractors and/or service providers.
- Direct and manage sourcing strategies from beginning to end.
- Monitor vendor service provider outsourcer and/or contractor performance to ensure quality of service.
- Establish and maintain regular written and inperson communication with clients and customers.
- Ensure the optimum usage of fleets to avoid idle times.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in mechanical Electrical or Civil engineering.
