What you will be doing:
- Oversee the daily operations upkeep and continuous improvement of employee housing facilities.
- Work together with the Human Resources team to ensure a smooth transition for employees into their new homes.
- Maintain ongoing employee satisfaction and safety at all times.
- Respond to issues and requests promptly ensuring any delays are communicated to employees.
- Foster and develop strong business relationships with the HR team suppliers and contractors.
- Provide support to the Human Resources team while maintaining strict confidentiality of information.
- Encourage feedback from employees through regular surveys on housing facilities cafeteria meals and transport and drive appropriate action plans.
- Plan organize and communicate social events and sporting activities at employee housing facilities.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role within a 5star luxury hotel.
- Ability to work under pressure multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to personal presentation.
- Genuine passion for employee service with a focus on ensuring employees feel welcome during their stay.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Natural ability to engage with employees show empathy and demonstrate genuine care and concern for the wellbeing of both employees and team members.
- Ability to anticipate employee needs maintain professionalism and create a welcoming environment.
