Company Overview: The company has been a leading force in the United Arab

Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets developing business
strategies and motivating team members to enhance performance and drive growth. The ideal candidate
should have a proven track record in sales management excellent leadership skills and a deep
understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics within water and wastewater treatment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our
customer base.
Manage mentor and motivate a highperforming sales team to deliver exceptional results.
Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships and partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute marketing plans that
support sales objectives.
Monitor and assess sales performance metrics to ensure the team meets or exceeds goals.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Stay current with industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to identify
opportunities for growth.
Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing development of team
members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (Master s degree
preferred).
10 to 12 years proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar role within water and
wastewater treatment industry.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
