Our Louis Vuitton Store Managers are ambassadors of the Brand responsible for leading and developing the store team through innovative and motivating handson management and coaching. Our leaders inspire their teams to build sustainable Client relationships ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.
As a Store Manager you will strive to identify business opportunities and implement the related actions to achieve your stores goals.
You will be directly accountable for developing the business and supervising store operations and budget. With a passion for people development and leadership you will recruit and build highly motivated trained and engaged teams.
You will provide regular feedback on their personal growth and ensure they have detailed development plans to further their careers. Ideally you will have previously worked in a sophisticated clientcentric retail environment.
Successful candidates will be passionate about being present on the sales floor thriving on firsthand contact with the team and our clients.
Missions
Team Management and Development
- You develop and coach Managers and Teams to ensure they deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every Client
- You identify recruit and develop talents secure succession plans
- You assess monitor and manage performance to ensure that team and individual targets are achieved in a positive creative and empowered work environment
Client and Business Development
- You maximize the business store potential leveraging all product categories and universes
- You establish a Clientcentric mindset in store and build a loyal Clientele
- You act as a Louis Vuitton ambassador in relevant local activities
Role Model on Selling and Floor Management
- You lead by example on the floor being a visible presence and support
- You provide consistent and qualitative feedback coach the Managers and the team on the spot
Operations
- You ensure policies standards and Louis Vuitton procedures are communicated implemented and respected.
Profil
- 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
