Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all onsite activities ensuring that work is completed safely on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes excellent leadership abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all onsite construction activities.
- Ensure that work is being carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the project manager to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Manage and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
- Keep accurate records of construction progress materials and equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Indepth knowledge of construction procedures equipment and OSHA guidelines.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Good understanding of budgeting and resource allocation.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Health and safety certification is a plus.
Proven ability in lead generation and prospect management. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
