Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads to expand client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and investors.
- Present and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to understand property values and investment potential.
- Manage negotiations and provide expert advice to clients throughout the buying process.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on real estate trends regulations and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
- Resultsoriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in Language(s) (English Arabic or any other relevant language).
