سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Growth / Revenue Operations to lead the successful launch and scaling of our upcoming e-commerce app. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the overall go-to-market strategy, onboarding retail stores (vendors) onto our platform, and accelerating customer acquisition and engagement.
This is a key leadership role in which you will develop and execute strategies to grow our customer base and onboard high-quality vendors, ensuring a seamless go-live experience and sustained growth post-launch.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:
Develop and lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for launching the e-commerce platform, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, sales, and operations.
Define clear KPIs and growth targets for both customer acquisition and vendor onboarding.
Create and implement a roadmap for market entry, covering pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer adoption.
Oversee the launch timeline, ensuring all teams are aligned and prepared for a successful market entry.
2. Vendor (Retail Store) Onboarding:
Design and implement an effective vendor onboarding strategy to attract and onboard retail stores and other key vendors to the platform.
Build partnerships with local retail stores, brands, and suppliers, ensuring they understand the value of joining the platform.
Develop materials and training sessions for vendors to streamline their onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of their product catalogs and logistics.
Maintain ongoing relationships with vendors to address concerns and optimize their experience on the platform.
3. Customer Growth & Acquisition:
Lead efforts to rapidly grow the customer base through multi-channel strategies, including digital marketing, SEO, social media, partnerships, and referrals.
Oversee customer growth campaigns that focus on user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Work with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns that increase app downloads, user engagement, and overall revenue.
Identify growth opportunities in existing and new customer segments through data-driven insights and analytics.
4. Revenue Operations & Optimization:
Develop strategies to optimize the revenue funnel, from customer acquisition to retention and repeat purchases.
Analyze customer behavior to identify cross-sell, up-sell, and engagement opportunities that drive lifetime value.
Collaborate with the product team to ensure the app’s features align with customer needs, providing an excellent user experience to encourage retention and revenue growth.
Drive growth through partnerships with external stakeholders, including local influencers, communities, and other potential affiliates.
5. Data & Performance Analytics:
Implement a system for tracking, measuring, and reporting on the performance of vendor and customer acquisition strategies.
Use data analytics to assess customer preferences, behaviors, and trends to inform future growth strategies.
Report key growth metrics, identify bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to meet growth targets.
6. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build and lead a cross-functional team focused on growth and onboarding, including sales, marketing, and customer success personnel.
Work closely with the product, operations, marketing, and finance teams to align strategies for optimal execution.
Ensure the team is focused on results, and track their performance against predefined growth targets.
7. Customer & Vendor Support:
Oversee the development of support systems for both vendors and customers, ensuring a seamless onboarding and retention experience.
Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer and vendor issues swiftly and improve overall satisfaction.
Ensure vendors receive ongoing support to help them thrive on the platform, leading to high vendor retention rates.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a growth, revenue operations, or business development role, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or technology industry.
Proven track record of successfully scaling platforms, particularly in customer and vendor acquisition.
Experience in creating and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, including customer journeys, marketplace dynamics, and retail store operations.
Ability to work with data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize growth strategies.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a focus on results and execution.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in vendor onboarding within a marketplace or e-commerce platform.
Previous experience with launching mobile applications or consumer-facing digital products.
Experience in business development and forming strategic partnerships.
Knowledge of digital marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and growth hacking techniques.
