الوصف الوظيفي
- Consistently offers professional engaging and friendly service
- Ensures all work follows safe work practices and procedures
- Responds immediately to all work requests which concern Health and Safety
- Ensures environmentally friendly practices are followed when handling chemicals lubricants and finishing products
- Responds to guest requests promptly in a professional and courteous manner
- Assists in maintaining the working condition of the building structure; building operations systems equipment and controls; technical equipment of other departments; maintenance conditions in guest rooms public spaces BOH/service areas function areas and offices
- Completes all work orders with due diligence
- Maintains a daily log book highlighting problems and solutions; and activities
- Maintains equipment catalog and the various systems directories
- Actively participates in the monthly departmental meeting by providing feedback and offering suggestions for improvement
- Completes tasks as assigned by Duty Engineer
- Maintains health and safety documentation and records for the assigned area
- Reports and documents potential safety hazards
- Participates as directed in the emergency response team
Qualifications :
- Previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all time
