As a Dispatcher you will be at the heart of our operations ensuring that patients receive timely and efficient nonemergency medical transport across Dubai. You will be responsible for coordinating transport requests dispatching vehicles and maintaining constant communication with our drivers and medical teams. Your ability to stay calm under pressure manage multiple tasks and deliver topnotch customer service will be crucial to your success.
Location: Al Karama Dubai UAE
What You ll Be Doing:
- Dispatch Operations: Receive transport requests and dispatch vehicles based on availability and patient needs ensuring efficient use of resources.
- RealTime Communication: Stay in constant contact with drivers patients and medical staff providing clear instructions and updates throughout the transport process.
- Monitoring & Tracking: Use IT systems to track vehicles and monitor the status of ongoing transports ensuring smooth and timely operations.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document transport activities ensuring all information is logged for future reference and billing purposes.
- Problem Solving: Handle any issues that arise such as delays or vehicle breakdowns by coordinating alternative solutions and communicating with all parties involved.
- Customer Service: Be the friendly and professional point of contact for patients and healthcare providers ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved
