Procurement Officer - Civil - Dhabi Contracting LLC

Abu Dhabi based Construction Company is Urgently hiring an experienced Procurement Officer.

Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

The candidate must have more than 5 years of Civil Procurement experience in the construction industry with reputed companies in UAE.

Must be a graduate in from a reputed university.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth flow of the procurement activities
• Coordinate And istant to Procurement Manager for various issues.
• Ensure that the INQUIRY and COMPARISION SHEETS are in accordance with CONTRACT doents and Project SPECIFICATION
• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders/subcontract Agreement and doents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely action on requisitions and purchases.
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system. Maintain procurement files with DATABASE
• Preparation of subcontract agreements and correspondence as well.
• Ensure contractual submissions are made in order to meet the work schedule objectives
• Preparing a summary of supplier performance monitor.
• Soliciting quotations. Carry out initial negotiation. Preparation of bid summary; preparation of LPOs And Subcontract Agreements.
• Coordination between suppliers and sites as necessary.
