Major Activities/Deliverables: which include but is not limited to:
Identify defects such as: s blisters stress fractures and cosmetic flaws. Estimate repair times plan for materials coordinate jobs with management Grind out defective areas smooth rough edges/areas by using appropriate power or hand tools.
Prep fibergl resins and damaged areas for repair.
Shape and smooth edges to match contour properly.
Mix Gel coat catalyst and spray or brush repaired surfaces; match colors. Buff and polish repaired surfaces
Inspect clean and emble molds before beginning work.
Mix catalysts into resins and saturate cloth and mats with mixtures using brushes. Repair or modify damaged or defective glfiber parts checking thicknesses densities and contours to ensure a close fit after repair.
Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience within the marine industry
Marine certification preferred but not required.
