Junior Accountant Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Junior/Accountant to manage key financial tasks. The role includes reconciling bank statements maintaining general ledger accounts and handling Zoho expenses categorization. You will also oversee monthly account closings including reporting packs (Profit and Loss Balance Sheet Cash Flow) record inventory transactions file quarterly VAT returns and manage documentation with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
  
• Categorize expenses using Zoho.
  
• Prepare monthly financial reports (Profit and Loss Balance Sheet Cash Flow).
  
• Record inventory transactions.
  
• Handle quarterly VAT filing and submit voluntary disclosures to FTA.
  
• Update and manage documentation with FTA.
  
• Set Up Project Based Accounting
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  
• Experience with accounting software (Zoho preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and VAT regulations.
  
• Preferably Indian/ Filipino nationality
  
  

Education and Experience: a bachelor s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (optional) A must-have proven experience in technical sales positions in the same industry Experience with custom manufacturing processes and materials. Strong technical acumen to understand and explain product features. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to break down technical terminology for clients. Analytical mindset to address client challenges effectively. Creative problem-solving skills to tailor solutions to specific needs. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Passion for building long-lasting client relationships. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving product offerings. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
