Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Data Analyst to join our team. As a Business Data Analyst you will be responsible for eliciting requirements interpreting complex data sets identifying trends and providing actionable insights to drive business decisionmaking. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset excellent documentation and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to extract valuable insights from data.
Responsibilities:
Interpret data analyze results and provide insights to support business objectives.
Develop detailed documentation such as business requirements documents process flows and use cases.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and requirements.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques such as process modeling requirements elicitation and stakeholder management.
Perform postimplementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Statistics Mathematics Economics Computer Science or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau FineReport Power BI).
Experience with statistical analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex findings into easily understandable insights.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of business intelligence tools and methodologies.
