We are currently seeking a highly organized and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Administrator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong work ethic and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the real estate department including managing calendars scheduling appointments and preparing correspondence
Maintain and update real estate listings on various platforms such as websites and social media
Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and property brochures
Coordinate property showings and open houses and follow up with potential buyers or tenants
Process lease and purchase agreements ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate with clients vendors and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
Keep track of property maintenance requests and follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion
Maintain accurate and organized files and records for all properties
Assist with rent collection and accounts receivable management
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate administrative role
High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework preferred
Strong knowledge of real estate industry practices and terminology
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with real estate databases and software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
Professional and customer serviceoriented attitude
