Minimum Qualification
o Bachelor s / Master s degree in Banking / Finance/ IT or relevant certification.
Minimum Experience
o Domain: Banking / Finance/ IT
o Job location: Abu Dhabi/Dubai UAE
o 45 years of experience in the exposure to finance domain.
Job Description
Program Project Financials management:
o Handson experience in managing project financials (CAPEX OPEX Onetime Recurring etc.).
o Team cost budgeting and forecasting.
o PMO knowledge & exposure is added advantage.
o Knowledge about financial documents (PR PO SOW Invoice etc.) needed to process vendor payments.
Project Status reporting:
o Maintaining / reporting the project status / risks / on weekly basis.
o Ensure stakeholder management clear communication and timely reporting.
o Should be proficient in preparing presentations (MS power point MS Visio). To prepare Steerco deck.
Vendor Management:
o Exposure to Resource onboarding process in liaison with vendors (Managed Services Time & Material).
o Exposure to CLARITY project management tool is highly preferred.
o Experience of working in fast paced challenging environment
o Ensure stakeholder management clear communication and timely reporting.
o Project Management related certifications are an added advantage however not mandatory.
