الوصف الوظيفي
- Coordinate report and stabilize project work.
- Implement project management processes for timely budgetfriendly and highquality delivery.
- Assemble project plans assign tasks direct and monitor efforts identify resources perform quality reviews and escalate issues.
- Track milestones and adjust plans/resources to meet customer needs.
- Communicate project scope budget risk and resource impacts across the enterprise.
- Possess extensive knowledge in project management methodologies tools resource and change management.
- Manage medium to high complexity crossfunctional projects.
- Handle multiple large complex projects impacting the enterprise.
- Ensure ontime scopecompliant and budgetfriendly project delivery.
- Lead stakeholders to define scope objectives and deliverables.
- Assist departments in setting realistic goals and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Coordinate resource availability and allocation for project success.
- Develop risk management plans and conduct risk assessments.
- Create work breakdown structures and track task completion.
- Build and manage relationships with team members and external partners.
- Develop and communicate project status to the Program Manager and stakeholders.
- Lead change management for scope schedule and budget.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
