WHATS THE ROLE

Were looking for a customerfocused Sales Engineer to kick start their career in a highperforming team within our Industry segment. In this role youll be working with our customers engineering teams contractors and designers to drive the sales of Hiltis engineering products and services through Account development design optimization and product demonstrations. WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE

As a Sales Engineer youll be visiting our customers wherever theyre busy working to find out how we can help them. You will be visiting job sites to provide solutions and identify opportunities giving technical advice solutions and support and adding value through the use of Hilti products.

Ours is a model of professional consultative selling and its a really handson job. It means rolling up your sleeves to demonstrate some of the most pioneering products in the industry while selling our stateoftheart software along with all the services and aftercare that come with the Hilti name. Far from traditional cold calling its about building relationships with warm and responsive customers and helping them find the most innovative and costefficient solutions for their needs.

Seven years in a row our products have received both the IF product design and the red dot awards.

WHAT DO WE OFFER

Well give you everything you need to excel in your role including your own van full of tools and onetoone coaching; youll manage your own book of business while being part of a friendly team. Well give you lots of responsibility including your own portfolio of customers these might be trade experts project managers or company leaders.

From there well trust you to do whatever it takes to deliver outstanding results. Day to day youll report to your regional sales manager who will also be there to help you manage your career. WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil / Structural)
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Steel / Metal Contracting in Middle East region
  • Sales Oriented Sales Experience (is a plus)
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships
  • A solutionoriented mindset determined to consistently meet and exceeds goals
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal). Arabic is an advantage
  • Valid UAE Drivers License is a must
