What Qualifications will make me successful?
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s Degree (recommended but not required)
EXPERIENCE:
Two years + experience in dispatch/scheduling field service technicians is a plus
Salesforce.com experience is a plus
ServiceMax experience is a plus
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal communication skills including, but not limited to, the ability to greet and communicate with customers effectively both through e-mail and via phone
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
- Must be flexible in decision making and adapting to different scenarios
