Corporate Service Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform company formation and registered agent duties for mainland free zone and offshore companies
• Ensure adequate and accurate submission of all Returns (such as Corporate Tax VAT ESR) for the company and its clients
• Facilitate all statutory filings and liaise with Authorities
• Assist in minutes and resolutions drafting and other corporate documents
• Ensure the company and its clients files are compliant with relevant UAE laws and regulations.
• Serving as a key liaison with clients auditors local authorities banks and other stakeholders
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders: existing and new clients and authorities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve revenue targets.
• Promote the companys brand value proposition and service offerings to potential clients and partners.
• Prepare client proposals and marketing materials
• Assist the Executive team in implementing its expansion strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Assist the Executive team on any other duty

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Law Management Business Administration Company Secretarial Accounting or any other relevant field
• ICSA or ACCA / ACA qualifications or qualified by relevant experience will be an advantage
• At least 3 years of working experience in similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and French. Any other language is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of UAE laws and regulations and local procedures
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Experience in Graphic Design and AI tools is an advantage

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Candidate must be UAE resident
• Candidate not currently a UAE resident must possess prior working experience in the UAE and willing to relocate
