Previous Guest Relations experience in a luxury service environment
• Well spoken and attention to highest grooming standards
• English and other European languages are an advantage
• Strong skills in using Microsoft Office and other systems (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Opera PMS, Messagebox, Anantara App)
• Required to work independently.
• Able to balance work load between administrative tasks and guest interaction on a luxury level (e.g. pre-arrival arrangements and guest communication, arrival amenity preparation, coordinating special occasion experiences, receiving guest feedback through direct contact and courtesy calls and more)
• Reporting to a Guest Experience Manager and working closely with Butlers.
