Sales Executive CargoLogistics

Our client a Dubai based logistics solution provider and specialize in integrated carrier services offering bespoke solutions for your shipping requirements is urgently recruiting Sales Executive for Balikbayan Box Cargo. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base within the logistics sector.

In this role your responsibilities will include the following:

• Identify potential customers and register opportunities in the market relentlessly pursue the realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company.
  
• Responsible for developing and maintaining carrier relationships
  
• Regularly visit existing accounts to validate our service levels and develop new revenue streams.
  
• Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given looking to maximize profits.
  
• Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Promote the services and products of all entities and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  
• Monitor and report on sales performance providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
  
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and providing exceptional service.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 23 years of sales experience in logistics or related industry.
  
• Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
• Knowledge: Understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
  
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Logistics or a related field is preferred.
  
• Ability to meet and exceed revenue set target
  
• Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is required.
