Our client is an upscale restaurant and lounge venue in Dubai are looking for an experienced Hostess.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety security and smooth operation of entrance. You will be responsible for managing the entry and exit points overseeing security procedures and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
- Scheduled reservations over the phone and in person.
- Maintained host book including schedules reservations and duties.
- Escorted guests to their selected tables provided menus and drinks.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of door staff ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to fulfill their duties.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role preferably in the hospitality entertainment or nightlife industry.
- Expertise working in seven rooms reservations systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Excellent judgment and decisionmaking abilities especially in highpressure situations.
- Knowledge of security protocols crowd management techniques and emergency response procedures.
- Willing to join immediately
