Fpga Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Driving Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best drivers for our national contracts. The Recruiter will be responsible for matching our employed drivers to our operator requirements, placing drivers into full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions, and ensuring that all necessary registration documents and references are checked.

The ideal candidate must have excellent interviewing skills, both in person and on Zoom, and be able to read and filter a CV. In addition, the candidate must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Zoho, and Dropbox. The candidate must also be able to design adverts for social media, have broadcast and cold-calling skills, and be able to phone screen candidates.

The Driving Recruiter will be office-based, but may be required to attend meetings with clients as and when required. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work as part of a forward-thinking team covering national contracts. A high level of confidentiality is also required, and excellent written English skills are a must.
