Roles and Responsibilities
- Proven work experience as a tele sales representative / customer service or a similar role within Business Development.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
- Well versed with the mortgage and/or Real Estate industry.
- To keep abreast of the Mortgage products and policies and advise prospective clients accordingly.
- Intermediate skills in calculating mortgage related tools including but not limited to deriving borrowing eligibility amortization preapproval and final approval.
- Strong learning ability of the ongoing product features and policies in depth.
- Should be able meet deadlines and tolerate sales pressure.
- A strong team player with a ability to achieve individual and team goals.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks as and when required.
- Maintaining office decorum and discipline intact including but not limited to office timings attire and appearance usage of office assets communication and behavior.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
- Professional certification in Sales and Marketing will be an advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and verbal communication required
- Ability to switch communication style
- Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fastpace high performing organization.
