2. JOB SUMMARY

• Skilled in staff supervision, food service management, logistics coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Proven ability to create a safe, productive, and comfortable living environment for camp residents.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Oversee daily operations of the camp, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to safety standards.
2. Supervise and manage a team of camp staff,cleaners, and maintenance personnel.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of living and working conditions.
4. Coordinate food service operations, ensuring timely and hygienic meal preparation and delivery.
5. Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stock control to avoid shortages.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and training sessions.
7. Address and resolve any issues or complaints from camp residents promptly and efficiently.
8. Prepare and manage the camp’s budget, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
