Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including online platforms professional networks and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Negotiate competitive compensation and benefits packages to secure top talent.
• Onboard new hires and ensure their smooth integration into the company culture.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactively identify and nurture relationships with potential talent pools.
• Build a strong understanding of our company culture and communicate it effectively to candidates.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the entire recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring qualified candidates within defined timelines and budgets.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Highly organized and timemanagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
