Research Engagement Lead:
- Establish channels for the sales leads; develop database and segmentation of the clients.
- Compile weekly sales plan and sales report of suspects prospects and materialized
- business.
- Identifies volume and strategic customers and develops partnerships.
- Identifies and implements business development projects related to new and/or existing
- industries technologies or services. Analyzes market data to identify trends/opportunities
- develops strategic direction from market information and creates compelling market
- analysis presentations. May work with Sales Marketing and potential customers to
- determine their needs.
- Analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities
- Key Account Management and Client Relationship Management of the existing customers.
- Nurture the existing customer for business retention and growth.
- Addressing customers concerns and complaints.
- Induction of New Customers and New Business to achieve /exceed monthly and periodic
- revenue targets.
- Promote and sell the entire spectrum of products to the new and existing customers.
- Upselling cross selling and directional selling.
- Fully compliant with the given guidelines on the credit policy of the company.
- Achieving of the assigned revenue targets on monthly quarterly and yearly basis in direct
- correlation to the budget.
- Close coordination with the finance department for safeguarding the interest and collection
- of outstanding funds.
- Full adherence with the assigned KPIs /KPMs.
Selection Criteria
- Degree in Business administration statistics or any related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant sales and business development experience preferably from
- the research industry.
- Proficient with all the business/technical aspects of a market research company.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commercial sense and ability to conclude the business.
- Have proven experience in writing proposal in English and Arabic.
