Job Title: Dental Nurse
Location: Dubai UAE
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Nurse to join our reputable dental practice in Dubai. As a Dental Nurse you will assist our dentists in delivering highquality oral healthcare to our patients. This role requires excellent clinical skills patient care abilities and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized dental environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during dental procedures including examinations cleanings fillings root canals extractions and surgeries.
- Prepare dental instruments materials and medications as directed by dentists.
- Ensure patients are comfortable and prepared for treatments providing reassurance and support throughout their dental visits.
- Take and develop dental Xrays as per dentists instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records including treatment plans progress notes and medical histories.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices posttreatment care and preventive dental care.
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment adhering to infection control protocols.
- Manage dental supplies inventory and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments billing and processing payments when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Dental Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 23 years of experience as a Dental Nurse in a dental clinic or hospital setting.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Dubai or eligibility to obtain one.
- Knowledge of dental procedures instruments and sterilization techniques.
- Proficiency in taking dental Xrays and maintaining Xray equipment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with dental software for patient management and record keeping.
