Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading developer in Abu Dhabi UAE. Our client is seeking a detailoriented and organized Senior Document Controller who will be responsible for overseeing the document management and ensuring accuracy & compliance.
Manage and control all documents within the Design Sector.
Ensure accurate and complete flow of documents in and out of the sector.
Register incoming and outgoing documents maintaining a central repository.
Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval.
Implement and maintain document control procedures compliant with company standards and regulations.
Collaborate with team members for proper documentation flow and timely approvals.
Assist in preparing and distributing documents such as technical drawings specifications reports and correspondence.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to document control processes.
Provide documentrelated support to the Design team.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all documents and information.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller or similar role preferably in real estate or construction.
Strong understanding of document control procedures and best practices.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of design processes and terminology is an advantage.
Certification in records management or a related field is desirable.
