Key Responsibilities
- Develop and uphold document control systems and standards
- Manage a centralized repository for all project-related files
- Ensure documents are labeled organized and accessible to authorized teams
- Track document flow and updates across internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct document quality reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support report creation presentations and team training on documentation systems
Your Profile
- Bachelors in Business Admin Engineering or related field
- 2 years of document control experience ideally within construction or engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
- Adaptable proactive and a team player at heart
