The Host/Hostess is responsible for greeting customers managing reservations and ensuring guests are seated promptly. They play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers as they arrive and manage the seating arrangements.Handle reservations and walkin customers efficiently.Provide menus and inform customers of any specials.Assist with managing waiting lists and ensuring a smooth flow of guests.Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.Qualifications and Skills:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in customer service preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Friendly and outgoing personality.Strong organizational skills.
