Job Title: Facility Management Officer

Location: Dubai

Nationality: Any (Male)

Salary Range: AED 10000/

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Management Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and have 8 to 10 years of experience in facility management. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance safety and security of our facilities ensuring they meet legal requirements and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee and manage the maintenance and repairs of the facilitys electrical systems HVAC plumbing and other essential services.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with local health safety and environmental regulations.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the facility management budget ensuring costeffective solutions for maintenance and repairs.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external contractors and service providers negotiate contracts and ensure quality control of services provided.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement strategies to improve the efficiency and reliability of facility operations.
  • Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans conduct drills and ensure the facility is prepared for emergencies.
  • Asset Management: Maintain an inventory of all facility assets and ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on facility operations maintenance activities and budget utilization to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in facility management preferably within a large organization.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical HVAC plumbing and safety systems.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to respond to emergencies promptly.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using facility management software and other relevant tools.
