The QC Chemist will be responsible for planning and conducting analyses inspections and tests to ensure the quality of assigned products. This role involves verifying processes conducting tests on materials investigating customer complaints and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct analyses inspections and tests to ensure the quality of assigned products.
- Verify processes testing and current procedures to ensure ISO compliance of the plant.
- Undertake tests analyze results of incoming and outgoing materials and ensure they meet set standards.
- Investigate customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis.
- Monitor rejection reports analyze complaint samples identify areas of noncompliance and develop systems to reduce rejections.
- Conduct statistical analysis of product characteristics or process parameters to determine process capabilities and validate the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Participate in automation projects and assist in new product development.
- Perform other assigned activities as required.
