Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all office operations including supply inventory management vendor relations and facility maintenance.
• Develop implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Supervise administrative staff providing guidance and support as needed.
• Assist in the development and execution of audit plans.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
