We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling office furniture solutions. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets within the office furniture industry. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 25 years of experience in office furniture sales and possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients in the market for office furniture solutions. Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their requirements provide product demonstrations and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives. Monitor sales performance regularly and take proactive measures to ensure targets are achieved.
- Product Knowledge: Possess a comprehensive understanding of the office furniture products offered by the company. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
- Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate and compelling sales quotations and proposals for clients addressing their specific requirements and budget constraints.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable business deals. Ensure contracts are closed in a timely manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth order processing timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities customer preferences and emerging trends in the office furniture industry.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities customer interactions and sales performance. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management.
Requirements:
