- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
- Follow the procedures that align with the law.
- Test the training needs of the organization.
- Keep accurate records of employee performance evaluations.
- Help management and employees work out conflicts.
- Make sure that all applicable laws regulations and standards are followed.
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
- Stay uptodate and comply with changes in labor legislation.
Recruitment Management:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Find interview and choose employees within the allotted time.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases social media etc.
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
- Promote companys reputation as best place to work.
