We are urgently looking for Sales and Business Development Executive for Digital Marketing Recruitment and Health Care business units.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects through detailed market research.
- Work closely with Senior Management to design and execute preagreed strategies built around developing new business growth.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Open business development dialog with strategic customers targeting both government and semigovernment entities.
- Financial planning marketing strategy development and implementation.
- Identify and attend trade shows and other business functions to keep abreast of developments in the marketplace find potential new businesses and market the companys endtoend solutions.
- Networking presenting and public speaking.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales Marketing Business Management or in any discipline with 35 years of sales/business development experience (healthcare manpower recruitment digital marketing).
- Proficient in English communication.
- Strong Proposal writing skills with Experience in preparing Bids RFT/RFPs.
- UAE market knowledge.
- Strong client relationship management and development aptitude.
- Possess professional presentation skills.
- Must possess progressive sales management experience and a demonstrated record of sales growth.
- Ability to facilitate and orchestrate resources crossfunctionally to support sales efforts.
- Bring an entrepreneurial approach to all initiatives.
- Market research experience.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Immediately available and can be relocated to Abu Dhabi.
