Sales Executive Projects Tiling
Location: Dubai UAE
Driving License: Required
Our client specializes in serving the construction real estate and infrastructure sectors with a wide range of tailored solutions offering a diverse collection of ceramics and porcelain products partnering with renowned manufacturers to provide elegant tiles artistic mosaics majestic porcelain slabs and welldesigned ventilated faade materials. They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Sales Executive to join their team in Dubai!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tiling industry and a proven track record in project sales. This role involves generating new business opportunities managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies to meet company goals.Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the tiling sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects builders contractors and other potential clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Sales Management:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to ensure profitability.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and installation of tiling products.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong longterm relationships with existing clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Follow up on client feedback and take corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum of 34 years of experience in sales within the tiling industry specifically in project sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of the tiling industry and market dynamics in Dubai.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
