CMO Chief Marketing Officer
Corporate role for an international group of highend standalone restaurants

Overview:
CMPNIUM Hospitality is an executive search firm working on the niche market of recruitment of managers and executives for luxury hotel groups and standalone highend restaurant groups.
On behalf of our client we are looking for a CMO Chief Marketing Officer for the Group to oversee the marketing strategy for the whole company.
Job Overview:
As the CMO Group Marketing Director you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives for the restaurant group present on different continents (the Middle East Europe the US and Asia)
You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the brand vision and business objectives.
You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to execute campaigns and initiatives that drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the restaurant group including brand positioning messaging and tactics for each location with the person in charge of the marketing on site on the restaurant
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and communicate brand vision values and goals
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives including traditional and digital advertising social media email marketing and events
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials such as menus brochures and advertisements
- Manage and analyze marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and track ROI
- Conduct market research and stay uptodate on industry trends to inform marketing strategies
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including operations culinary and finance to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and initiatives
- Lead a team of marketing professionals on different locations and countries providing guidance support and development opportunities
- Monitor and report on key marketing metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Foster relationships with media outlets influencers and partners to drive brand awareness and partnerships
- Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all marketing efforts are in line with legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Master / Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
- 8 years of experience in marketing with a focus on brand management and development
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies at a Corporate level
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a must
