Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) strategies and workflows for architectural projects.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of BIM models throughout the design and construction phases.
- Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to integrate BIM into project planning and execution.
- Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and processes.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy consistency and compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate BIM deliverables and data exchange with project stakeholders.
- Utilize BIM tools for clash detection coordination and visualization of architectural designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator in architectural projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit Navisworks and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor team members in BIM methodologies.
- Familiarity with BIM standards and protocols
- Problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in BIMrelated software or processes is a plus.
