Explore the realm of iris photography with us. We are a company that excels in the iris photography franchise world wide. Our international headquarters are split between Berlin (Eyesight) and Dubai (Eyemazy). Since our inception in 2013 Eyesight and Eyemazy have been committed to producing aweinspiring and exclusive works of art with high printing quality. Every eye holds its own beauty and uniqueness. Our specially crafted technology/software developed and produced in Germany propels our franchise model to new iris art standards globally.

To strengthen our team we are now looking for a sales consultant for B2B new partner acquisition!

Responsibilities:

  • Sale the opportunity to Franchise Eyemazy to potential business partners
  • Actively seek out and engage potential franchisees through targeted outreach participation in networking events and attendance at industry conferences.
  • Acquire and communicate with candidates
  • Conduct indepth market research to identify potential franchise opportunities within the designated region.
  • Lead negotiations with potential franchisees ensuring the establishment of mutually beneficial agreements aligned with the companys goals and standards.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of franchise operations.
  • Provide regular reports to management offering insights into the efficacy of business development strategies and suggesting areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English language is a must (multilingual is a plus)
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B franchise development or a comparable role within the franchise industry.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Beneficial:
