OBJECTIVES:
The R&D Digital Health Sciences group within the Data Sciences Institute (DSI) supports the development, adoption, and deployment of Digital Health Tools (DHTs) within our clinical programs. We are progressive thinkers who leverage digital platforms, digital measurement technologies, and pioneering research to help deliver life-changing medicines to patients. Together with our colleagues across R&D and Commercial we take on fundamental challenges such as enabling global decentralized trials, development of novel endpoints, the discovery of new digital biomarkers, and the design of digital companions, culminating in a reduction of patients’ burden and improvement of their quality of life.
As a key member of the group at this exciting and transformative time you will:
- Own enhancements to asset strategy by supporting Global Project Teams (GPTs) with design and execution of highest value Digital Health Products (DHPs), considering operational and commercial aspects as well as the longer strategic vision of the GPT programs.
- Lead the end-to-end activities of select DHP development lifecycles, from inception to a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within R&D.
- Establish DHP requirements and work with all relevant technology and development teams to ensure the right technology and platforms are being used.
- Ensure continuous and timely alignment between DHP development and GPT strategy and bring relevant stakeholders together.
- Coordinate, align, and ensure compliance, user- experience, scalability, quality, and guide the teams towards a converged and aligned solution
- Drive portfolio of DHPs and capabilities by continuously collaborating with peers within Digital Health Sciences and other DSI stakeholders as well internal and external partners (e.g. clinical operations, procurement, commercial, technology partners)
- Navigate the landscape of data privacy, specifically focused on regional / geographic considerations
