Job Information
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve growth targets.
- Create and manage the sales budget for the assigned region and product portfolio.
- Conduct consultative sales both in person and via phone or networks to maintain existing clients and acquire new accounts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify client needs and propose effective logistics solutions in land maritime transportation and storage.
- Generate manage and monitor quotes to present to clients ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist the administrative area in portfolio and collection management.
- Collaborate with the logisticsoperational area to develop supplier relationships and ensure optimal customer service.
- Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets set by commercial management.
- Generate weekly reports on visits calls new opportunities and client quotes to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Completed or soontobecompleted university degrees in Administration and International Commerce Marketing International Business Logistics and Multimodal Transportation or Commercial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions with at least 3 years in sales roles within the maritime industry (e.g. cargo agents multimodal operators isotanks).
- Proficiency in office package management and systems (e.g. QuickBooks Sage).
