Key Responsibilities Account Manager Exhibition

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs providing excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities within the exhibition industryincluding lead generation networking and pitching services to potential clients.
Project Coordination:
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teamscoordinating all aspects of project execution including design production logistics and installation to ensure timely and successful delivery of exhibition stands.
Quoting and Proposal Development:
Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for clientsensuring accuracy in pricing scope of work and delivery timelines.
Financial Management:
Monitor project budgets expenses and profitability tracking costs and revenues to ensure projects are completed within budget and meet financial targets.
Resource Allocation:
Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements including manpower materials and equipment while optimizing utilization and minimizing costs.
Team Leadership:
Provide leadership and direction to project teams fostering a collaborative and resultsoriented work environment and ensuring team members are aligned with project goals and objectives.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle conducting regular inspections and quality checks to meet client expectations and company standards.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively addressing issues and challenges as they arise to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Client Communication:
Maintain open and transparent communication with clients providing regular updates on project progress addressing any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring clear expectations are set and managed effectively.
PostProject Evaluation:
Conduct postproject reviews and evaluations with clients to gather feedback identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of service quality and client satisfaction.
Industry Trends and Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market developments providing insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic decisionmaking and business growth.

-Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts -Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships -Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
